Who is our plan for?
Our plan is designed for patients who want to attend the practice on a regular basis and have the peace of mind that their dental health examinations and hygiene appointments are taken care of with affordable monthly payments.
What does our plan include?
Adult Maintenance Plan A (£28.00 per month).
- Two hygiene appointments per year including scale & polish and periodontal advice. 10% off air polishing.
- Two dental examinations (check-ups) per year including required/appropriate x-rays.
- Teeth Whitening for Life*
- Oral cancer screening.
- Exclusive discounts off dental treatments.
- Diet and hygiene advice.
- Eligibility to request assistance from the Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme.
Adult Maintenance Plan B (£43.00 per month).
- Four hygiene appointments per year including scale & polish and periodontal advice. 10% off air polishing.
- Two dental examinations (check-ups) per year including required/appropriate x-rays
- Teeth Whitening for Life*
- Oral cancer screening.
- Exclusive discounts off dental treatments.
- Diet and hygiene advice.
- Eligibility to request assistance from the Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme.
The plan costs include administration fees charged by DPAS. Treatment not included in this plan can be paid for separately and is exclusively available to plan members only.
*Subject to suitability for teeth whitening.
How do you join our plan?
If you are not already a patient, an initial new patient examination will be carried out to ensure the plan is right for you. Then all you must do is complete a registration form and a Direct Debit mandate and authorisation form for DPAS. In addition to your first monthly payment, an initial registration fee of £10 per person will be payable by you to DPAS and will be included in your first months Direct Debit payment. If in the future, you decide to leave the plan for any reason you can do so by providing one month’s notice.
What happens in an emergency?
You will have access to a 24-hour, 365-day worldwide dental emergency helpline, which will endeavour to find an English-speaking dentist to assist you.
