Dental bridges at Plymouth City Centre Dental Practice
Missing teeth can affect how you eat, speak, and feel about your smile. A dental bridge allows us to replace one or more missing teeth with a fixed solution that restores the appearance and function of your teeth.
At Plymouth City Centre Dental Practice, we plan dental bridges carefully to protect neighbouring teeth and support long-term oral health. We assess your bite, the condition of surrounding teeth, and your wider dental needs so your bridge feels comfortable, looks natural, and lasts.

What is a dental bridge?
A dental bridge replaces a missing tooth by anchoring an artificial tooth to neighbouring teeth or restorations. The bridge “spans” the gap, restoring function and preventing surrounding teeth from drifting.
We offer different types of dental bridges depending on tooth position and support, including bridges for front teeth where appearance is especially important. Each bridge is custom-made to match your natural teeth in shape and colour.

How much does a dental bridge cost?
The cost of a dental bridge depends on how many teeth are being replaced and the type of bridge required. We provide clear pricing guidelines and explain all costs before treatment begins, so you can make an informed decision.
After assessment, we provide a personalised treatment plan with a full cost breakdown. To help spread the cost, we offer pay-monthly finance through Tabeo. You can choose 0% finance over 10 or 12 months, or longer-term options of up to 60 months where interest applies.

Do I need a dental bridge?
You may benefit from a dental bridge if you have one or more missing teeth and want a fixed replacement. Bridges suit patients who prefer not to remove an appliance and who have healthy neighbouring teeth to support the bridge.
During your consultation, we’ll also discuss alternatives such as dental implants. We explain whether a dental bridge or implant best suits your oral health, lifestyle, and long-term goals.
